- MENTALITY SURVEY – Complete the 4 question survey
- SELF ASSESSMENT SKILL TESTS – Complete the 4 fundamental skill tests on your own. Enter your results into the platform
STEP 3
Receive your Level 1 FEEDBACK REPORT
- Purchase your Level 1 Feedback report for $49.95
STEP 4
Access Level 2 – F4WARD SPOTLIGHT OBJECTIVE TESTING
- By purchasing level 1, you now have access to level 2! The F4WARD team will be in touch with you to organise your Objective testing session, which consists of 6-8 physical attribute and technical skill tests specific to the sport.

Access Level 3 – F4WARD IN GAME ASSESSMENT
